Take Ragi flour in a bowl and add water (half cup) and mix it well. Make sure there are no lumps and keep it aside.
Take a pan and add 01 cup water and bring it to a nice boil. Then add the Ragi water made earlier and stir continuously. It starts to thicken after 4-5 minutes and turns glossy in next 9-10 min. Remember you have to keep stirring. Next add Jaggery and stir till the jaggery dissolves and you will see a creamy consistency. Then add milk and mix it well on a low flame. Add cardamom powder and mix well till you get a smooth consistency.
